However, do bear in mind that recent graduates are usually a little inept to begin with so there will be a learning curve for them too. You can even attend teacher job fairs which are basically big bazaars full of teachers looking to get hired, and schools looking to hire them. This is a great option because it allows you to meet a lot of potential candidates face to face.
